Neither onPeak, nor The Special Event have any affiliation with these organizations and cannot vouch for their services in any way. Entering into financial agreements with non-endorsed companies can potentially cost you thousands of dollars with no guarantee of an actual hotel reservation. Reservations through these agencies or companies are made at your own risk and responsibility.

The Special Event 2019 Outside Vendor Warning

GES (booth furnishings and material handling), San Diego Convention Center (Electrical, Internet, Phone & Plumbing), Metro (A/V & Computer Rental), CenterPlate (Catering), CompuSystems (Lead Retrieval/Badge Scanner), United Security Inc. (Booth Security) and GES (Floral) are the only Official Show Contractors for The Special Event 2019. We are aware that other show contractors may contact you and your company to provide services such as carpet and furniture rental through them. Neither TSE, SDCC nor GES have any affiliation with these organizations and cannot vouch for their services in any way. Entering into financial agreements with non-endorsed companies can potentially cost you thousands of dollars with no guarantee of receiving their services.
