ProfileJackie Campbell, CPCE, CMM, is the Associate Director of Hospitality and Conferences for UC San Diego’s Housing, Dining, Hospitality Department. She brings more 15 years of experience within the hospitality industry encompassing catering sales and event coordination, project management, strategic planning, and revenue growth. Prior to her time at UC San Diego, she spent a decade with Hornblower Cruises and Events where she planned hundreds of private events ranging from 2-1000 guests. She has maintained her strong focus on client satisfaction while maximizing company revenue and profitability. Jackie recently acquired her Certificate in Meeting Management (CMM) designation in 2017 and has held her Certified Professional in Catering and Events (CPCE) designation since 2010. She has served on the board of the San Diego Chapter of NACE including a three-year term as the President from 2011-2014. Her experience in sales and full-service event planning is only paralleled by the excitement, passion, and high-level of customer service she extends to both colleagues and clients.
