As a formally trained Hospitality Business Manager, she has a unique background that includes food and beverage, revenue management, interactive marketing and special event planning and design. She started her first business venture in the event industry at age 25, in the midst of an economical recession; and she quickly positioned the company among prestigious corporate and social client, winning her first award for corporate event design in 2011.
Her formal career began at Four Seasons Hotels which she reveres as The Academy; an experience that not only exposed her to best practices and impressed upon her the importance of personal experiences in capturing and maintaining customer loyalty, but also thought her the value of practical training, standards and the responsibilities of being an industry leader.
