An important message regarding solicitations from unaffiliated, third-party housing and exhibition services companies:
Our official show vendors (onPeak for housing, GES for exhibitor services) will not call you to solicit your business and we do not release or sell individual exhibitor/attendee contact information to any outside sources. Unfortunately, unaffiliated companies often pose as official show suppliers in an attempt to solicit your business. General contact information is available on the TSE website so our attendees can find our exhibitors and show partners - that also means these third-party companies can find you as well.
We understand how annoying and persistent some of these disreputable companies are. If you receive such solicitations, please delete or ignore them. Rest assured we are working hard to stop these solicitations, and your lack of responding to them helps us to put an end to their contact attempts.
Complete or review your company’s description and select up to ten product categories for your company to be indexed in the TSE 2019 show information. TSE 2018 exhibiting companies averaged over 300 click-throughs last year from TSE show materials to individual company websites prior to the show. Partner with us to market the 2019 show and your company at the same time – make sure your information is up to date on your TSE listings! Log into your Exhibitor Account and select “Edit Booth Info” to access, review and update your company’s information.
SAVE MONEY by placing your show service orders early! The TSE 2019 Exhibitor Services Kit (ESK) is now available. The ESK includes information on inbound and outbound shipping, booth set up/strike, booth furnishings and floor coverings, electric and internet service, and much more. The ESK and all show order forms are now posted into all exhibitors’ online show accounts. Log into your Exhibitor Account and select “Exhibitor Services Kit” to access the forms and information. Exhibitor registration is now open. Exhibitors should use the staff registration utility in their TSE booth account to register company personnel for the show, add any additional education passes and event tickets for the team, and manage the company's attendee group. Log into your Exhibitor Account and select “Get Badges” to create and access your company’s registration list. If you have any questions regarding exhibitor registration, please contact our TSE Client Services Specialist.
The TSE 2019 housing block is open. We anticipate sell-outs at most all of the official TSE hotels, so don’t delay in making your hotel reservations for your team! Visit the TSE hotel reservation portal through OnPeak – TSE’s official housing source. View Frequently Asked Questions for more information about official hotels. To contact OnPeak by email, submit an online form or call them directly at (800) 388 8107.
If you’re planning to include food and beverage in your exhibit booth, we now have the Booth Catering Guide from the San Diego Convention Center. It includes menus, pricing and required forms for ordering from Centerplate, the Convention Center’s Food and Beverage provider. Contact our TSE Client Services Specialist to get a copy of the Guide for your planning purposes.
New this year! We have created a series of image files for your use as a TSE 2019 Exhibitor. Add them to your company’s website, to your personal e-mail signatures and to your company’s sales and marketing collateral to promote your participation in TSE 2019. Contact our TSE Marketing Director for the image assets to use on your company’s materials.
Did you know that you can upload all of your company’s news releases to your TSE booth account, so that show attendees and over 60,000 prospective attendees can see them when they click on your company’s name in the TSE 2019 show information? Another free benefit of your participation as a TSE 2019 exhibitor! To upload your company’s latest information, log into your Exhibitor Account and select “Manage Press Releases” to upload your company’s latest news.
TSE wants your customers to meet with you at the show, so we’re giving you an unlimited number of free Exhibit Hall passes to distribute to your clients. Invite your A-List customers and prospects to the TSE Exhibit Hall, on us! Another free benefit of your participation as a TSE 2019 exhibitor! Log into your Exhibitor Account and select “Get Badges” to obtain your free unique Exhibit Hall passcode. Then include that code in your outgoing communications to let your clients and prospects know they can use your code to register for the TSE 2019 Exhibit Hall pass for free, courtesy of you!

New this year for TSE exhibiting companies! Book a spot in our new TSE Event Resources E-Deck, featuring products and services from leading companies in the event industry. Each listing includes your company name, image file and your website URL, and the accompanying E-Blast also includes your company logo and web link. The Pre-Show E-Deck deadline is November 15, 2018 and the Post-Show E-Deck deadline is January 3, 2019. Participation investment is $500 per spot in the Pre-Show E-Deck, and $700 per spot in the Post-Show E-Deck. Participation and position on both the E-Deck and E-Blast is on a first-come, first-served basis. The TSE Live Theater stage is open to exhibiting companies who represent event entertainers (bands, singers, musicians, dancers, performance artists, aerialists, comics, mentalists, magicians, painters, and more). The stage is pre-set with full backdrop and sound production, and 40-minute performance time slots are available throughout the exhibit hall hours each day. These performance slots give exhibiting entertainment companies an opportunity to present their talent to a qualified buying audience in a relaxed participation format outside of formal events. We are now booking event entertainment on our exhibit hall performance stage, and would be delighted to work with you to secure performance slots for your entertainers as a part of your TSE show participation. The planning process for all of our TSE 2019 Showcasing Events is underway, and our Event Chairs are looking for products and services to feature at their events. This year, we have instituted an “Expression of Interest” online form so that companies who would like to be considered for showcasing at one (or more) of the TSE 2019 conference events can provide their information directly to our Event Chairs. If participating during our Showcasing Events would be of interest, just complete the quick online form.
