Oniki Hardtman, Oh Niki Occasions
Oniki Hardtman is the Founder & Creative Director of Oh Niki Occasions and Petite Palm Beach Weddings. She specializes in Destination Wedding Planning & Elegant Event Design from “Head to Toe, Start to Finish!” As a graduate of NYC's Fashion Institute of Technology, Oniki has a 20+ year career background in the fashion industry where she was fortunate to travel the globe as a designer for several notable corporations, but with a desire to create on a more intimate level, she founded Oh Niki Occasions in 2015 to lend her keen eye for design to discerning clientele across the globe and now produces destination weddings, non-profit galas, corporate retreats and social events in New York City, South Florida and throughout the Caribbean. Oniki’s weddings, events and expertise have been featured in publications such as Modern Luxury Weddings, BRIDES, The Knot, MunaLuchi Bride, New Jersey Bride, The B Collective, Wedding Wire and more.
Christi Carey, Your Destination Connect
Meet your Meeting Planner & Cultural Experience Curator, Christi Carey, with over 25 years in the international hospitality industry, she has curated over 100 group meetings, weddings, and events. Christi provides her clients with valuable expertise in meeting planning, securing bookmark locations, and contract negotiation. With background for planning both corporate and social travel for her clients, Christi has mastered a level of dedication for creating immersive experiences that truly connect guests to not only the event but to the location. Christi is the Founder of, Your Destination Connect, a business built on the passion for connecting stories of people, destinations, and connecting them to create transformative experiences.
Christi loves to travel and share her experiences with each and every client as well as anyone she meets! Hosting a podcast A Traveling Mic, she has discussions with respected professionals within the global hospitality and tourism industry to address concerns, current events, give advice and allow a platform for them to have a voice.
Christi is known as a Personal Planner’s Guide to Global Site Selections, giving not only destination travel assistance but the curation of meetings and events. As a Certified Incentive Specialist (CIS), she is recognized as having achieved the industry’s highest standards of professionalism as it relates to creating incentive travel. Renowned for her industry expertise and valued by both clients, hotel partners, and network connections, Christi is an active member of the American Management Association (AMA), Society of Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE), and Meeting Incentive Corporate Events (MICE).
Having lived and worked in Bermuda, California, and New York, her extensive knowledge of these destinations are truly beneficial. Along with her strong relationships with the best hotels worldwide make her an essential part of the coordination of any meeting site selection or event.
